Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A dealer or the
personal representative of a deceased dealer whose account is the subject of
an order made under section 32K or 32L may apply to the State Administrative
Tribunal to discharge or vary the order and to award such costs upon the
application as it thinks fit.
(2) The State
Administrative Tribunal is by this section empowered to discharge or vary the
order and to make such further orders as it thinks fit.
