Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person shall not
submit or tender or suffer or permit to be submitted or tendered a document,
to which this section applies, to any person for his signature unless at the
time of the submission or tendering all material particulars in that document
have been completed.
Penalty: $5 000.
(2) This section
applies to any document evidencing or recording any contract or agreement for
the sale of a vehicle or evidencing or recording any collateral credit
agreement as defined in section 41A connected with such a sale.
