Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) If the Commission
under section 143 imposes conditions and the applicant concerned is
dissatisfied with any such condition, that applicant may within 28 days of
being notified of that condition request in writing the Commission to
reconsider that condition.
(2) On receiving a
request under subsection (1), the Commission may by notice in writing served
on the person who made that request —
(a)
alter or revoke the condition to which that request relates; or
(b)
confirm the condition.
