(1) An appropriate
Standing Committee of the Legislative Council is to carry out a review of the
operation and effectiveness of all regulations made under this Part as soon as
practicable after the expiry of 2 years from the day on which regulations made
under this Part first come into operation.
(2) The Standing
Committee is to prepare a report based on the review and, as soon as
practicable after the report is prepared, is to cause the report to be laid
before each House of Parliament.
