Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The funds
available to the Commission to enable it to perform its functions are —
(a)
moneys borrowed by the Commission under this Act; and
(b)
other moneys lawfully received by, made available to, or payable to, the
Commission under this or any other Act.
(2) The funds referred
to in subsection (1) are to be credited to, and money paid by the Commission
is to be debited to, an account called the “Western Australian Planning
Commission Account” that is to be established —
(a) as
an agency special purpose account under section 16 of the
Financial Management Act 2006 ; or
(b) with
the approval of the Treasurer, at a bank as defined in section 3 of that Act.
