Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) In addition to the
powers conferred by section 205, the Commission may borrow from the Treasurer
such amounts as the Treasurer approves on such conditions relating to
repayment and payment of interest as the Treasurer imposes.
(2) Under this section
the Account and the assets of the Commission are charged with the due
performance by the Commission of all obligations arising from any advance made
under this section.
