Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may
direct the Commission to deliver to the Minister a consolidation of a region
planning scheme as in force at the date specified in the direction.
(2) On receipt of a
direction under subsection (1) the Commission is to cause to be prepared a
consolidation of the region planning scheme incorporating all amendments to
the scheme in force on the date specified in the direction.
