Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) If the Minister
approves of the consolidation and signs the consolidation, the Commission is
to publish notice of the consolidation in the Gazette .
(2) After publication
of the notice —
(a) the
consolidation is to be judicially noticed by all courts, tribunals, bodies and
persons; and
(b) the
consolidation is to be taken, unless the contrary intention is shown, to be a
correct statement and representation of the region planning scheme as in force
on the date specified in the Minister’s direction.
