scheme must not be made or amended under this Act —
(a)
except as provided in the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011
sections 57 and 58 and without limiting section 51 of that Act, to make any
provision in respect of any land to which an approved redevelopment scheme
that is in operation under that Act applies; or
(b)
without limiting the Hope Valley-Wattleup Redevelopment Act 2000 section 23,
to make any provision in respect of land in the redevelopment area as defined
in that Act; or
(c)
without limiting the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 section 9, to make any
provision in respect of any land in the Swan Valley once the first Swan Valley
Planning Scheme has come into operation under that Act.
