If —
(a) a
report of a local government under section 90 recommends that a local planning
scheme should be repealed and not replaced and the Minister concurs; or
(b) the
Minister, after considering the report, advises the local government that the
local planning scheme should be repealed and not replaced,
the local government
is to prepare an instrument of repeal, and forward it to the Minister under
section 74(b) within the period of 42 days or such longer period as the
Minister may in writing agree from the date of the report or the date of the
Minister’s advice as the case may be.
