Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Building
Management Authority may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the
instrument of delegation, by writing signed by it delegate to any person for
the time being holding or acting in an office referred to in section 9D(a) of
whose services it makes use under section 9D all or any of the functions
imposed on the Building Management Authority by this Part.
(2) For the purposes
of this Part, the performance of a function by a delegate under this section
shall be deemed to be the performance of the function by the Building
Management Authority.
