RESTRAINING ORDERS ACT 1997 - SECT 31
31 . 21 days
for respondent to object
Within 21 days of
being served with an interim order a respondent must complete the
respondent’s endorsement copy of the order in accordance with the
instructions on it, and return it to the registrar.
