(1) Where a
restraining order contains —
(a) a
clerical mistake; or
(b) an
error arising from an accidental slip or omission; or
(c) a
material mistake in the description of any person, thing or matter referred to
in the order,
the registrar may
correct the order, or the court, on an application by, or on behalf of, the
person protected, or the person who is bound, by the order, may make an order
correcting the restraining order.
(2) Subsection (1)
does not apply if the correction would adversely affect the interests of the
person protected, or the person who is bound, by the order.
