(1) When considering
whether to vary or cancel an FVRO, the court is to have regard to —
(a) the
matters referred to in section 10F; and
(b) if
the application for the variation or cancellation is made by the person
protected, whether or not it is possible that threats have been made against,
or some other pressure has been brought to bear on, the person protected.
(2) When considering
whether to vary or cancel a VRO, the court is to have regard to the matters
referred to in section 12.
