RESTRAINING ORDERS ACT 1997 - SECT 62G
62G . Police
officer may conduct hearing for applicant
A police officer is
authorised, at any stage of a hearing of an application for a restraining
order made by another person, to conduct proceedings on behalf of that person,
if the person so requests.
