(1) When making a
restraining order a court may extend the order to operate for the benefit of a
person named in the order in addition to the person protected by the order (a
third party ) if it is satisfied that it would have been able to make the
order in respect of the third party had the third party made a separate
application for the order.
(2) If an order is so
extended the provisions of this Act apply to the named person as if that
person were the person protected by the order.
(3) This section does
not apply to an FVRO made under section 63(4AA).
