(1) If —
(a) a
registered order is varied by a court in the State or Territory in which it
was made; and
(b)
notice of the variation is given to the registrar by an officer of that court,
the variation operates
in this State as if the interstate order, as varied, had been registered under
section 76 on the day on which the registrar received the notice.
(2) If —
(a) a
registered order is cancelled by a court in the State or Territory in which it
was made; and
(b)
notice of the cancellation is given to the registrar by an officer of that
court,
the registration in
this State of the order is cancelled from the day on which the registrar
received the notice.
(3) If the registrar
receives notice of the variation or cancellation of a registered order, the
registrar is to notify the person who applied for registration of the order
and the Commissioner of Police.
