(1) A person shall not
refuse, or cause any person to refuse, to grant a tenancy to any person on the
ground that it is intended that a child should live in the premises.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $5 000.
(2) A person shall not
—
(a)
instruct any person not to grant; or
(b)
state the person’s intention, whether by advertisement or otherwise, not
to grant,
a tenancy to any
person on the ground that it is intended that a child should live in the
premises.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $5 000.
