Notice of termination
of a residential tenancy agreement by the lessor must —
(a) be
in writing and in the prescribed form; and
(b) be
signed by the lessor or a property manager of the residential premises; and
(c)
identify the premises the subject of the agreement; and
(d)
specify the day on which possession of the premises is to be delivered up by
the tenant; and
(e)
specify and give particulars of the ground, if any, upon which the notice is
given.
