(1) Except as provided
in subsection (2), a notice of termination of a residential tenancy agreement,
or of the tenant’s interest in the agreement, must —
(a) be
in writing; and
(b) be
signed by the tenant and identify the premises the subject of the agreement;
and
(c)
specify the day on which the tenant will deliver up possession of the
premises.
(2) A notice given
under section 71AB(1) must be in a prescribed form.
