Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A competent court may,
upon application by any person, if the court considers it necessary or
desirable in the circumstances, order that a provision of this Act shall not
apply to or in relation to any residential tenancy agreement or proposed
residential tenancy agreement or any premises or shall apply in a modified
manner specified in the order and the order shall have effect accordingly.
