3 Section 4B expired on 16 Apr 2004 (see Royal Commission (Police) Act 2002 s. 3(3) and Gazette 16 Apr 2004 p. 1214).

4 The Listening Devices Act 1978 was repealed by this Act. The repealing provision has been omitted under the Reprints Act 1984 s. 7(4)(f).

5 The Corruption and Crime Commission Amendment and Repeal Act 2003 Sch. 2 cl. 15(16) (which refers to s. 41(3)) is not included because the section it sought to amend was previously amended by Sch. 1 cl. 8(21) of the same Act.
