(1) Common property
shall be held by the proprietors as tenants in common in shares proportional
to the unit entitlements of their respective lots.
(2) The Registrar of
Titles shall in the certificate of title to a lot certify that the proprietor
holds the share in the common property appurtenant to the lot in accordance
with the unit entitlement of that lot as stated in the schedule of unit
entitlement registered in respect of the scheme.
