(1) Where a strata
company has passed a resolution under section 21F it may, in accordance
with the regulations, lodge with the Registrar of Titles —
notice of resolution in the prescribed form; and
applicable, a copy of any relevant order under section 103C or 103M
certified by the executive officer of the State Administrative Tribunal as
being a true copy.
(2) The notice may be
lodged in any case by the strata company or alternatively —
the case of an existing small strata scheme, by all of the proprietors of lots
in the scheme; or
where the resolution is of the kind mentioned in section 21F(2)(b) or
(c), by one proprietor.
(3) The notice of
it is lodged by the strata company, is to be signed under its seal; or
subsection (2)(a) or (b) applies, is to be signed by the proprietors or
the proprietor lodging it.
