(1) Subject to
subsection (2), every transfer or other document that is necessary to
give effect to a notice of resolution is to be lodged for registration
together with the notice.
(2) The regulations
may provide for the registration of an instrument (a disposition statement
which various interests in land affected by a notice of resolution are
disposed of or vested; and
which encumbrances are attached to or discharged from any interest; and
which any certificate required by section 21T(1)(e) is set out,
subsection (1) does not apply if a disposition statement is lodged for
registration with the notice of resolution.
(3) The regulations
may provide for a disposition statement to include a certificate that there is
no consideration, other than an interest in common property, for —
passing of property under the statement; or
transaction referred to in the Duties Act 2008 section 112(6).
