Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A scheme notice,
or an amendment of a scheme notice to alter the name of the scheme, must not
be registered if the Registrar of Titles is satisfied that the name of the
scheme is undesirable.
(2) An amendment of a
scheme notice to alter the name of the scheme must not be registered unless
the amendment is authorised by special resolution of the strata company.
(3) An amendment of a
scheme notice to alter the address for service of the strata company must not
be registered unless the amendment is authorised by ordinary resolution of the
strata company.
