(1) The State
Administrative Tribunal is empowered to make an order that —
requires a party to the dispute before it to pay money not exceeding the sum
of $1 000 to a person specified in the order;
requires a party to the dispute before it to do, or refrain from doing, some
specified act to which the application relates;
strikes out for want of jurisdiction the dispute before it.
(2) An order made by
the State Administrative Tribunal may direct that the order shall be complied
with within a period specified in the order.
(3) An order made by
the State Administrative Tribunal that requires the payment of money may be
made to take effect immediately or so as to take effect upon default being
made in complying with some other order made by it.
