TRANSFER OF LAND ACT 1893 - SECT 136A

136A .         Term used: plan

                In this Part, plan means —

            (a)         a plan or diagram referred to in section 166 or 166A; or

            (ab)         a scheme plan lodged for registration under the Community Titles Act 2018 ; or

            (b)         a scheme plan lodged for registration under the Strata Titles Act 1985 ,

                for the subdivision of land under the operation of this Act.
