Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Any application to
be made as aforesaid shall be in the form set forth in the Twenty-fourth
Schedule and the attorney of any corporation registered as proprietor may
apply on behalf of the corporation in manner provided by section 20.
(2) The Commissioner
may require an application to be accompanied by either of the following plans
setting out such information as is required by the Commissioner for the
purposes of the application —
(a) a
plan of the applicant’s land; or
(b) a
plan of the applicant’s land and any land adjoining the
applicant’s land.
(3) A copy of each
plan required by the Commissioner under subsection (2) shall be kept for
inspection at the Authority’s office until the application has been
determined.
