Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Upon granting an
application under section 170 or 171 or to bring land under this Act the
Commissioner shall direct the Registrar to amend any certificate of title or
to amend or replace any relevant graphic that is a subject of the application
by making the requisite alteration in the relevant certificate of title or
relevant graphic accompanied by a statement made and signed by him in the
certificate or relevant graphic of the circumstances under which the amendment
or replacement has been made.

(4) If the application
is under section 171 the Registrar shall give notice in writing to the
proprietor of the land described in the certificate that is being amended or
the relevant graphic that is being amended or replaced, informing him of the
amendment or replacement.
