Where it shall be
proved to the satisfaction of the Commissioner that any right or interest
notified as an encumbrance, in the case of a paper title, on the certificate
or noted, in the case of a digital title, on the record referred to in
section 48(1)(b) have been fully satisfied extinguished or otherwise
determined and no longer affects the land comprised in the certificate the
Commissioner may either direct a statement to that effect signed by the
Registrar to be endorsed on the certificate or permit any subsequent
certificate dealing with the same land to be registered free from such
encumbrance.
