(1) In this section
—
lodge includes deposit, present and file.
(2) The Registrar may
refuse to accept a document for lodgment if —
(a) the
document does not comply with —
(i)
the requirements of this Act or any regulations made
under this Act; or
(ii)
a requirement determined under section 182A; or
(iii)
the requirements of the Electronic Conveyancing Act 2014
or any participation rules;
or
(b) any
requirement mentioned in paragraph (a)(i) to (iii) that relates to the lodging
of the document is not complied with.
(3) This section does
not limit or affect any other obligation or power to refuse to accept a
document for lodgment.
