Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts An estate tail under
this Act shall have the same incidents as a similar estate under the general
law and the proprietor of such an estate shall have the same power to bar the
estate tail and create an estate in fee simple absolute as against all persons
whose estates are to take effect after the determination or in defeasance of
the estate tail.
