Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A memorial of any
release conveyance or reconveyance registered under any Ordinance or Act
concerning the registration of deeds relating to or affecting land may for the
purpose of bringing land under this Act be deemed by the Commissioner
sufficient evidence of the deed referred to being a conveyance in fee simple
of the lands described in such memorial unless the contrary can reasonably be
inferred from the prior or subsequent title or from something appearing on the
face of such memorial.
