Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Where the proprietor
of land under the operation of this Act is a minor or a person under any other
legal disability the Registrar shall state on the certificate of title the age
of such minor or the nature of the disability, as the case may be, so far as
is known to the Registrar.
