TRANSFER OF LAND ACT 1893 - SECT 81P

81P .         Endorsements on certificates of Crown land title and qualified certificates of Crown land title

        (1)         The Registrar shall endorse on each certificate of Crown land title or qualified certificate of Crown land title the particulars of all dealings and matters affecting the Crown land that is the subject of a certificate of Crown land title or qualified certificate of Crown land title when those particulars are required by this Act or the Land Administration Act 1997 to be registered or recorded in the Register.

        (2)         Any endorsement under subsection (1) of a certificate of Crown land title shall be made in such manner as preserves the priorities of those dealings or matters.
