Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The CEO may
arrange the location of, and manner in which, seized things are to be stored
before they are returned under section 92(2) or forfeited to the Crown under
section 119.
(2) The CEO may, on
behalf of the State, enter into a written contract under which the contractor
provides services in respect of the storage of seized things.
