The holder of a
licence must not sell, or authorise or allow to be sold, a cigarette that,
when smoked, has a flavour or aroma of —
(a) any
kind of fruit; or
(b) mint
(but not menthol), chocolate, vanilla, caramel, coconut or any other flavour
(but not a spice) commonly used in the production of confectionery.
