Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) An application for
the renewal of a licence is to be —
(a) made
in an approved form; and
(b)
lodged in an approved manner; and
(c)
accompanied by —
(i)
other evidence of a nature or in a form that is
prescribed; and
(ii)
the prescribed licence fee.
(2) The applicant must
also provide any other information that the CEO requires for the proper
consideration of a particular application.
(3) An application for
the renewal of a licence is to be made no later than 28 days before the day on
which the licence is due to expire or at such later time as the CEO allows.
