(1) The holder of a
retailer’s licence must display at all times the licence or a true copy
of the licence —
(a) at
the premises specified in the licence; and
(b) at
the place where tobacco products are sold at the premises; and
(c) so
that the licence or copy is clearly visible to members of the public.

(2) A person does not
commit an offence under subsection (1) if there has been compliance with
section 54(1).
