Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person must not
remove, tamper or otherwise interfere with a thing secured against
interference under section 89(1)(g).
(2) A person must
comply with a requirement made under section 89(1)(h).
Penalty applicable to subsections (1) and (2): a
fine of $20 000.
(3) If a person is
charged with an offence under subsection (2) it is a defence to prove that the
accused could not, by the exercise of reasonable diligence, have complied with
the requirement to which the charge relates.
