COMMERCIAL TENANCY (RETAIL SHOPS) AGREEMENTS REGULATIONS 1985 - REG 11

11 .         Terms used

                In this Part —

        2011 amending Act means the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Amendment Act 2011 ;

        commencement day means the day on which the 2011 amending Act section 3 comes into operation  1 .
