Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations Under clause 2(4)
of the Glossary to the Act, it is declared that the office or body set out in
column 2 of Schedule 2 to these regulations is not to be regarded as a
separate agency, but is to be regarded as a part of the agency set out
opposite that office or body in column 1 of Schedule 2 to these
regulations.
