Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The owner of land
subject to a road access condition must not contravene or permit another
person to contravene the condition.
(2) The owner of land
subject to a road access condition must not damage, destroy or remove any
barrier or other structure erected on the land in compliance with a condition
imposed under section 143 to ensure the road access condition is obeyed.
Penalty: a fine of $50 000.
