Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) For the purposes
of section 183(1) an application by an owner of land for a valuation of
the land must be made by posting or delivering a written application to the
Board at the office of the Commission.
(2) The application
must —
(a)
describe the land to which it relates; and
(b)
state whether the owner wants to be heard by the Board on the making of the
valuation.
