PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 4

4 .         Utility services prescribed (Act s. 4(1))

                These services are prescribed for the purposes of the definition of utility services in section 4(1) —

            (a)         gas supply services;

            (b)         telecommunications supply services.
