Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A person who
applies under section 183(1) for a valuation is liable to reimburse the
State the fees it pays to the Board under Schedule 9 clause 5 of the
Act in relation to determining the application.
(2) The Board must
give a person written notice of the amount payable to the State under
subregulation (1) as soon as practicable after determining the
person’s application.
(3) The State may
recover an amount payable under subregulation (1) in a court of competent
jurisdiction as debt due and payable.
