Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations For the purposes of
the definition of lending institution in section 131A of the Act, the
class consisting of bodies, other than a body referred to in
paragraph (a) of that definition, that provide loans to persons in order
to assist those persons to purchase a dwelling is prescribed.
