RETAIL TRADING HOURS REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 3

3 .         Interpretation

                In these regulations unless the contrary intention applies — 

        chief executive officer means chief executive officer of the department principally assisting the Minister with the administration of the Act;

        form means a form in the Schedule.
