RETAIL TRADING HOURS REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 6

6 .         Application for small retail shop certificate

                An application under section 11(1) of the Act for a certificate certifying a retail shop to be a small retail shop is to be made in a form approved by the chief executive officer.
